Biography of Aly

Aly’s love of art began in middle school; however, she did not pursue her “unknown passion” until her freshman year at Dixie State University. Del Parson was her portrait instructor and Aly was hooked after her first completed portrait. She then furthered her education at Brigham Young University, graduating with a BA in Illustration Art in 2014. She studied with the talented William Whittaker, a portrait artist, in Provo, Utah for a year. She was then mentored for two years by the renowned artist Casey Childs.
